What a joy to be back in Uganda and fellowshipping with guys at the children’s home of Building Lives International in Mbarara. It feels so good to be back! 💕 After a very long and tiring journey (I have yet to master the art of sleeping on a plane!) and later than it would usually be, we had evening devotions. Sitting outside on the porch with all the children, worshipping and praying and sharing testimonies was a wonderful experience which I can’t really put into words, suffice it to say, this is truly a very special place!
Today is the first day of term at the new ‘Building Lives International Ministries Junior School’, a brand new venture in the life of the ministry. Many of the children from the children’s home will be attending the school so it is an exciting day! I will be travelling to the school with the children to share this special moment with them.
Up until a few days ago there was still much work to be done on the school buildings and little finance to complete it, but God provided as he always has in times of need and the essential work has now been completed. There is still work to be done but God is faithful and it will get finished!
I will be in Mbarara until Wednesday when we will travel to Kabale to visit the children and families that BLI U.K. are supporting. That will be a great reunion! 💕
