I'll soon be on my way to Uganda again! My flights are booked - leaving on Saturday 27th January and returning on Sunday 11th February. I can't wait to be back there in the warm sunshine and enjoying fun and fellowship with all the friends I have made. I am super excited to meet baby Kiana, born to Brian and Annet on 19th December - she will get a lot of cuddles!!
Before heading off Jo and I will begin fundraising for the teachers' salaries with a sponsored bike ride on Monday 15th January. We are planning a cycle route that will take us past as many schools as possible to highlight the need for education and accessible schools in the rural area of Ruhija, Southwestern Uganda. We hope to get to 50 schools in one day! Please support us by sponsoring us or simply share our fundraiser with as many people as you can. If you fancy getting your bike out of the shed and joining us please let me know! You can take part in the place where you live if you are not local!
